having a bad day

The occupants of this vehicle were apparently having a bad day. So bad, in fact, that they managed to roll this SUV on an elevated highway ramp (the pole at right kept them from going over the barrier and plunging to their collective doom) with no other vehicles involved. Then they bailed. I came along as one of the dudes was jumping off the ramp into the trees below - at least a 10-foot drop.

LRB Party People

I like shiny lights. We played a party and there were shiny lights and attractive people.

Rush Limbaugh is, well...

He's a either a delusional buttmunch, or he's the most cynical entertainer on Earth. Or maybe he's just high as hell all the time. The fact that some people listen to him and actually consider him a source of factual information makes me want to move to Toronto and renounce Uncle Sam. Sometimes.
